Description :

Up for auction is an oil on board by listed Pennslyvannia artist Paul Swisher. Swisher was an illustrator and 20th century artist. This measures 9 X 12 1/2 site and 12 1/2 X 15 1/2 framed. This painting is in good condition and dates from the 1920s to 1930s. This is a no buyer's premium auction with shipping and handling to be determined. Please email with any questions.
